Weekes & Associates was established in 2003 and co-founded by Yvette Weekes. It began with a mission to provide accounting and business services to small and medium sized businesses. We believe that everyone deserves to have a fulfilling career without feeling burnt out or overwhelmed. The passion for helping people with their careers inspired Yvette to channel her HR experience and executive coach training into rebuilding Weekes & Associates in 2012.
After years of helping hundreds of new HR leaders and aspiring HR professionals, across may sectors and levels, I realised that I find most joy from teaching and coaching HR and People Professionals. Therefore, since 2012, the focus of the business has been on supporting them by providing expert Executive and Career coaching services so that they can increase their impact and confidence while having a healthy work life balance.
